For a cult brand like Brite Autowheels (Skoda Auto), Getting customers was not a problem - Maintaining relations, Aligning inventory with the demand, and following up was the key issue.

Not just for customers but their internal communication as well. The urgent need to adopt automation as a process was the need of the hour to align all workflows.

Our Solution

Streamlining complex processes and organizing them into accessible automated segments.

Upon assessing the pain points, we set out to build a Lead Management Platform exclusive to Brite Autowheels to simplify prospect and commercial relationship management, facilitate the digitization of commercial processes, and ultimately, increase turnover.

Since this platform had to be leveraged by their entire team, we created an intuitive, high-functionality interface that was very easy to use, even for someone who may not be tech-savvy.

Easy to navigate Menus, Simple yet tasteful design, One-click solutions, etc were incorporated to make the automation process seamless.

Our goal was to create Separate Dashboards for the Showroom, Customer allotment, Backend, Handling digital leads, Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and Inventory Managers.

This was done to capture leads from various sources, track their touchpoints, identify which ones to prioritize, and engage with prospective customers in a more organized and efficient way.

This helped Brite Autowheels streamline and track their activities without losing track of opportunities.
